About the Company
Module-Prefab designs and manufactures frame-panel and modular houses at its own production facility in Lviv, Ukraine. The production area spans 2200m2 and is equipped with modern equipment. We use environmentally friendly materials, such as Icynene foam and basalt wool, for insulation.

Frame-panel houses
Frame-panel houses are mobile, quick-to-build homes made of environmentally friendly materials. All house elements are manufactured in a workshop.
Frame-timber houses
Construction of frame-timber houses using prefabricated frame-panels in a workshop. The assembly of the house frame and interior and exterior works are carried out using these panels.
Modular houses
Modular houses are assembled at the production facility “turnkey.” Afterwards, they are loaded onto a platform and transported to the desired location.
Tiny House (Camping)
A Tiny House is a house that is assembled at the production facility “turnkey”. It is then attached to a platform, giving you your own mobile eco-friendly house.
